Your privacy
What we collect
When you join our list, we receive your name, email address and, if you choose one, where you are. When you send an inquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and what you tell us about your event. We do not use advertising trackers on this website.
How we use it
We use your details only to email you about The Orchid Touch if you joined our list, to reply to your inquiry, and to plan your event if you go ahead with us. We do not sell or share your information for marketing. To leave the list, reply to any email from us.
Where it is kept
Sign-ups and inquiries are stored securely with our service providers (Supabase for our database, Vercel for hosting and Resend for email), who process it on our behalf. Access is limited to our own team. To protect the form from spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile and keep a one-way, non-reversible fingerprint of the connection that sent each inquiry.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us at any time by replying to any email from us.
